I’m not sure I buy the necessity of this. Seeing as FOX gives Seth MacFarlane more money than any showrunner ever (for a show that got canceled twice and the terrible American Dad) it doesn’t seem like the network has any excuse for skimping on their animated shows.  But maybe the actors really were asking for a lot? At the end of the day, it’s hard to care that much as long as Futurama is back.

Though, come to think of it, what will the show be with a Billy West knock-off? Can’t they make that one compromise to, you know, bring back the show’s lead actor? That can’t be asking too much.
